Description
Aqua Prince Stainless Steel Housing Cluster filters use
multiple filters to deliver high-quality water filtration
that is perfect for large-scale filtration requirements
and heavy-duty applications. Electropolished 304
stainless steel has a bright, smooth finish that is
tarnished and corrosion-resistant, hygienic, and easy
to clean. The patented up-flow design of these S.Steel
cluster cartridges allows them to utilize 100% of the
cartridge surface area, providing efficient filtration
and improved filter life. The Cluster Housings hold 4,5
or 7 cartridges each and provide flow rates from
100Lpm to 420Lpm. A stainless steel water filter
housing is the preferred choice for many applications
due to its durability and extended life compared to
plastic housings. This filter housing is designed for
residential, commercial, industrial, and municipal
filtration applications.
Additional Information
FAQs I Features & Benefits
How does the cartridge filter housing work?
Under the influence of pressure, the liquid enters the interior of the filter, Impurities are
trapped in the filter element, and the filtrate flows through the filter core to achieve the
purpose of filtration.
What is the filtration working principle?
The working principle is Mechanical filtration. By using different precision pores of the filter
elements all contaminants can be trapped in the filter cartridges surface and in the pores
because of the flow direction.
What is the stainless-steel filter housing used for?
This generally occurs after multi-media pretreatment filtration, before reverse osmosis,
ultrafiltration, etc. membrane filtration equipment. It is used to filter out fine substances
(such as tiny quartz sand, activated carbon particles, etc.), bacteria, and other impurities
filtered by the multi-media.
When do you need to replace the filter element?
As the filtration time increases, the filter element is contaminated by impurities. The
running resistance increases, and when the operating pressure difference between the inlet
and outlet water reaches 0.1 MPA, the filter element should be replaced.
