Stage 1 – (SED) 20′′ Slim Line Sediment Filter The water passes through a high-capacity polypropylene 20-inch Slim sediment filter that removes all the larger particles up to 5 microns, including rust, dust, sediment, and particles that can potentially clog the system. Stage 2 – (GAC) 20′′ Slim Line Granular Activated Carbon Filter For the second stage, the system incorporates a granular activated 20-inch carbon filter which eliminates contaminants up to 5 microns and gets rid of the unpleasant chlorine, foul taste, and odor, colors, and cloudiness.
