Stage 1- Sediment Filtration Absolute 5-micron rate Polypropylene Fiber Cartridge using 3-layers density technology helps remove the dust, rust & other suspended particle from the water like Silt, Scale, Sediment, Coarse Sand, and Sand. Stage 2- Granular Activated Carbon Filtration The Granular Activated Carbon filter cartridges contain NSF-certified activated coconut shell carbon which eliminates chlorine debris, odors, flavors, aromas, phenol, and different natural contaminants and chemicals found in tap water.
