Description
Aqua Prince 6 Stage water purifier with the cover system is
a beautifully and compactly designed product for people
who dislike seeing a bunch of cylinders one above each
other or have any space-related issues to fit a water filter.
This filter system with a cover can be placed anywhere over
the faucet or below the sink or even over a shelf because it
also contains a stand-up stand with it. The six-stage water
treatment removes the dissolved impurities in the water and
provides you with germ-free, neat, and pure superior quality
water with balanced proportions of minerals.
Additional Information
Usability
Aqua Prince 6 Stage RO system is perfect for use at offices, homes, garments
factories, schools, hotels, Madrashas, Hospitals, Canteens, etc. Best for purifying the
salty and contaminated water that is not drinkable.
How the System Works
Reverse Osmosis (RO) is recognized as one of the best available technologies for
producing high-quality drinking water. This product works in six stages to produce
high-quality water that is usable for a drink and any other human use.
Stage 1- Sediment Filtration
Absolute 5-micron rate Polypropylene Fiber Cartridge using 3-layers density
technology helps remove the dust, rust & other suspended particle from the water
like Silt, Scale, Sediment, Coarse Sand, and Sand.
Stage 2- Granular Activated Carbon Filtration
The Granular Activated Carbon filter cartridges contain NSF-certified activated coconut shell
carbon which eliminates chlorine debris, odors, flavors, aromas, phenol, and different natural
contaminants and chemicals found in tap water. The GAC filters have a tremendous capacity
to remove not only chlorine and unpleasant odors but bad water tastes as well.
Stage 3- CTO Carbon Filtration
CTO is an acronym for Chlorine, Taste, and Odor. The structural design of the high-quality
carbon block CTO water filter cartridges provides a high chemical absorption rate and is used
as an extended technology for the removal of chlorine, organic chemicals, unnatural tastes
and odors, and other materials listed by the FDA. A CTO filter produces water that is much
clearer in color with a more appealing taste and elimination of odors.
What carbon filters don’t remove are mineral salts, dissolved solids, heavy metals, or fluorides.
The reason for this is that it filters large amounts of water at a higher rate of speed, which can
then be put through more intense filtering such as reverse osmosis.
Stage 4- Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filtration
The semipermeable Membrane (ROM) element removes up to 99% of health-related
contaminants. This high rejection TFC type membrane can remove germs like bacteria,
viruses, and corpuscle including many pesticides and other unhealthy solutes, Ai, Pb, Cd, Hg,
and TDS.
Stage 5- Post Carbon Filtration
This is the final stage of any standard reverse osmosis system. The In-line post active carbon
filtration is designed to remove any residual impurities and odors from the tank that adjust,
improve, and stabilize the taste of water, and then provide finer conditioning of pure water.
Post activated salts, absorb the peculiar smell that comes from the pressure tank to make the
outlet water sweet.
Stage 6- Ceramic Filtration
The Micro-Ceramic Filter is made of highly compressed ceramic with diatomic properties;
resistant to extremely high temperatures. The Ceramic Filter will keep dirt, sand, and other
particles from getting into the water. The surface of the dome consists of millions of pores that
measure 0.2 microns in diameter, while most bacteria are 0.5 to 1.0 microns in size.
