HOW IT WORKS

Jumbo Water Filtration systems are usually placed in the main water line entering the home and generally have capacities to filter 1000 – 10,000 gallons of water before you have to change the cartridge. Aqua Prince’s 3-stage jumbo water filtration system is equipped with 3 separate filter stages.

1^st Stage (SEDIMENT FILTER)

In the first stage, sediment filtration is done. The Sediment Filter is an absolute 5-micron rate Polypropylene Fiber Cartridge that uses 3-layers density technology which helps to remove the dust, rust & other suspended particle from the water like Silt, Scale, Sediment, Coarse Sand, and Sand. It offers high purity and longer service time with an extended surface area and has a speck of great dirt-holding capacity.

2^nd Stage (CTO CARBON BLOCK FILTER)

A CTO (Chlorine, taste, odor) Carbon Block filter is used to reduce cloudiness, VOCs, chlorine, organic chemicals, unnatural tastes, and odors found in tap water. The main advantage of carbon block filters is that it has a larger surface area and a better pollutant removal capacity. Water stays in contact with carbon for a longer period here which eliminates all the remaining odors hence making your water clearer in color with a more appealing taste.

3^rd Stage (Sediment PP FILTER)

PP Sediment filter is made of non-toxic and odorless polypropylene, heated, melted, spun, drawn, and finally made into a cylindrical filter. The outer layer of this PP sediment filter has a large pore size, while the inner layer has a small pore size, the outer layer is loose, and the inner layer is compact, and constitutes a multi-layer gradient structure with high inner layer precision and small outer layer precision. The water flows from the outside of the PP sediment filter to the inside, and the water is filtered. The particulate impurities are blocked when passing through the PP precipitation filter channel, and even particles smaller than the pores can be blocked, thus removing various particulate impurities in the filtered liquid. Each layer of this multi-layer structure can intercept and store additional impurities in the water if the amount of dirt is large.

  Note:

  • This system has no effect on the TDS level and biological impurities.
  • All water filters need proper maintenance, which is crucial, or they may no longer be able to clean the water properly. For better performance and increased life of the system, we recommend cartridge replacement and service of the system every 3 months
